Current real estatelicence/certification(essential)
Proven sales capability and strongnegotiation/communicationskills
Growth mindset with a strong work ethic and accountability for results

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture
Responsibilities
Prospect, list and sell residential property, managing the sales process end-to-end




Build and nurture relationships with vendors and buyers to generate repeat and referral business
Conduct appraisals, presentations, open homes and private inspections
Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Manage your pipeline, follow-ups and performance targets using our systems
Work closely with the in-house support team to ensure a smooth, professional client experience
