An excellent opportunity for an experiencedMammographerto join a leading diagnostic imaging provider inGeelong, Victoria, working across a purpose-built private breast imaging clinic and a major BreastScreen service.
This is a specialist role for a Mammographer with strong experience indiagnostic breast imaging, screening mammography and breast assessment procedures, with access to advanced technology includingContrast Enhanced Mammography (CEM).
Working as part of a multidisciplinary breast imaging team, you will provide high-level mammography services across private diagnostic and public screening environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performingdiagnostic and screening mammographyto a high clinical standard
Participating inbreast assessment clinics and interventional breast imaging procedures
Performing advanced breast imaging procedures within your scope of practice
Working independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team
Supportingcompetency development, training and clinical supervisionof less experienced Mammographers
Maintaining high standards of patient care, clinical quality and professional practice

About You:
To be successful, you will have:
Bachelor of Medical Imagingor equivalent qualification
CurrentAHPRA registrationand professional indemnity insurance
Extensive experience inmammography and diagnostic breast imaging
Competency inscreening mammography, breast assessment and interventional procedures
A commitment tocontinuing professional development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent attention to detail and a patient-focused approach
A proactive, professional andcan-do attitude
