Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Experience working on large civil or infrastructure projects

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience operating other Caterpillar earthmoving machinery (Dozers, Compactors, Water Moxys)




Additional certifications relevant to civil construction and equipment operation
Knowledge of site-specific safety standards and environmental procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
Proven track record of operating heavy earthmoving equipment in civil or construction settings
