St Vincent's Care Maroochydore, part of St Vincent's Health Australia, seeks Living Support Partners to provide direct care for residents and support daily living activities in a household setting on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
You will work with a dedicated team, ensuring residents feel safe, valued and engaged, while following care plans and maintaining exact records.
Aged care experience and NDIS screening are required.
