Coadys Personnel Consultants is assisting a technology sector client in Sydney with a HRIS Operations role focused on day‐to‐day administration of HR systems and processes.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will partner with Payroll and Finance, manage HRIS changes, compile monthly metrics, and support salary reviews and bonus processes.
This hybrid role offers in‐office three days a week in Sydney CBD and two days remote, with a salary around AUD 80,000 plus super and a 5,000 bonus.
