The Star Entertainment Group in Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and mentor a energetic hospitality team, ensuring guest experiences are unforgettable and service standards are met in a high-volume setting.
You will supervise shifts, set objectives, manage cash handling, and support the Venue Manager to achieve financial and operational targets, while maintaining food & beverage quality and hygiene.
