Job Description
Betashares seeks a senior creative and operational leader to build and lead its In-House Agency into its next era.
This pivotal role blends creative judgment with production rigour, brand consistency and an operating model that scales at pace.
AI-led transformation is central to the mandate.
The Director will lead a multidisciplinary team, set the creative standard across B2B and B2C, and modernise tooling, governance and workflows to deliver faster, higher quality output.
