You'll be the first face and voice our clients meet — so we're after someone polished, warm and switched-on, who takes pride in presenting beautifully and making every client feel instantly at ease. We're looking for a long-term team member who fits our culture as much as our roster.

Key responsibilities

Being the warm, skilled first impression every client remembers
n
Managing calls, enquiries and treatment discussions
n
Handling bookings, cancellations, rebooking, checkouts and invoicing
n
Building genuine client relationships and following up with care
n
Assisting clinical staff to recommend skincare and treatments, supporting retail sales
n
Maintaining retail displays and stock
n
Completing reports and general admin
n
Assisting with social media as needed
n
Keeping the clinic neat, tidy and client-ready
n
Supporting the team to keep things running smoothly
n
n
About you
n
n
At least 3 years' experience in reception, front-of-house, retail, customer service or admin —




clinic/medical/cosmetic
experience highly regarded
n
Genuine interest in skincare and aesthetic treatments
n
Booking software experience an advantage, but not essential
n
Warm, confident, reliable and always polished and professionally presented
n
Robust organisation and attention to detail
n
Comfortable chatting to clients about skincare products and treatments
n
Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
n
Proactive — takes initiative without being asked
n
A outstanding team player who can also fly solo when needed
n
Open-minded and keen to grow within the skin industry
