The Opportunity
We are looking for an experiencedMaintenance Electricianto join a large, established manufacturing operation on the Central Coast.
This is a hands-on electrical maintenance role working across automated production and packaging equipment, with a strong focus onfault finding, PLC-controlled equipment, preventative maintenance and plant reliability.
You'll work closely with the wider maintenance, engineering and production teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently, minimise downtime and resolve recurring equipment issues.
The Roster
This is a permanentSunday to Wednesdayposition:
Sunday:5:00am – 1:30pm
Monday to Wednesday:12:00pm – 10:30pm
Thursday to Saturday:Off
Key Responsibilities
Electrical maintenance across manufacturing and production equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system faults
Fault find onAllen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC-controlled equipment
Respond to breakdowns and minimise production downtime
Complete planned and preventative maintenance
Work across automated production and packaging machinery
Identify recurring faults and support reliability improvements




Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
Work closely with mechanical trades, production and engineering
Maintain strong safety, quality and compliance standards
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Australian Electrical Licence and relevant trade qualification
Maintenance experience within amanufacturing environment
Experience withinfood, beverage or FMCG manufacturinghighly regarded
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Hands-on experience withAllen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC systems
Experience maintaining automated production equipment
Good understanding of preventative maintenance and reliability
Solid problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively alongside production and other trades
You don't need to be a PLC programmer, but you do need to be comfortableusing PLC systems to diagnose faults and understand what's happening with the equipment.
Package & Benefits
$124K package inclusive of super
7.5% STIP
