Job Description
In this role, you will: Work collaboratively within a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
As a Mental Health Clinicia n in South West Healthcare's Hospital Outreach Post‐Suicidal Engagement (HOPE) Team, you will play a vital role supporting individuals experiencing acute suicidal distress or recovering from a suicide attempt.
Working closely with consumers over a three‐month period, you will deliver compassionate, recovery‐focused care tailored to each individual's needs.
Deliver evidence based, person‐centred care.
Support recovery journeys through a structured 3 month engagement.
What you need
Qualification in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
Current AHPRA registration (or AASW eligibility for Social Workers).
Experience in mental health clinical settings.
