As aKEYvalued member of thiscutting-edge nimble 'smart'law firm in the LITIGATION/DISPUTES team, reporting to/being mentored by the managing principal (a proven entrepreneur+impressive ex top-tier senior lawyer), you will relish thediversityengaging ininterestingwork acting for a broad client base Australia-wide.
Specifically, you will love takingownershipof your own litigation practice/clients advising & resolvingdisputesrelating to:
Intellectual property-mainly trade marks; and
Other commercial disputes-eg commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery/insolvency, privacy law, defamation & employment law.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Arean admitted solicitor;
have aminimumof3 years (or more)experience incommercial litigation (preferably including someintellectual property litigation but not essential);
have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+advocacy and negotiation skills;
have anentrepreneurial spirit& willing to participate in business development/marketing;
