About the role
Crowies Coatings Pty Ltd, a leading distributor of automotive and industrial coatings, is seeking a energetic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
This full-time role is crucial in driving managing staff, stock and customer relationships within the automotive and industrial sectors.
What you'll be doing
Managing the Coffs Harbour store and staff to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with major clients in the automotive and industrial coatings markets
Managing all stock levels ,



ranges to meet all customer expectations.
Understand customer requirements and ensure that the store provides the services requested.
Keep in touch with market trends and competitor activity and ensure your store adjusts to these.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Experience in the paint or coatings industry, would be an advantage
Experience in managing a paint/ coatings store would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead a team.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
