Social Media and Brand Strategist / Videographer
Own how all three brands show up in public: the strategy behind the content, the day-to-day publishing and community management, and the camera work that produces most of it.
This is a brand and strategy role held by a working videographer, not one or the other.
The Marketing team sets commercial direction and priorities.
You turn that into a content and brand strategy for each channel and each brand, then execute it, including shooting it yourself.
You own whether the content goes out on time, sounds and looks like the brand it belongs to, and gets a response.
This role is based on the Gold Coast and works on site.
You will be filming the Director's podcast, client Q&A; sessions, testimonials, events, and day-to-day content in the office and out on inspections, so you need to be in the room with the people and the properties.
Key responsibilities
Own the content strategy for each brand: what each channel is for, who it speaks to, what it is meant to achieve, and how the different brands and the Director's brand stay distinct while pulling in the same direction
Turn the commercial priorities set by the Marketing team into a forward content plan: themes, pillars, formats, campaign moments and shoot schedule, mapped to audience growth and enquiry volume
Hold the brand line in public.
Tone of voice, visual treatment, framing and consistency across every channel and every brand are yours to protect
Own the day-to-day content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn for all three brands, and keep it full
Schedule, publish and optimise every post: captions, hooks, hashtags, thumbnails, covers, on-screen text and posting times
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions and tags daily across all channels,



in the voice of the relevant brand
Identify genuine enquiries in comments and DMs and route them into the correct internal process promptly
Own all videography for the brands.
Plan and run your own shoot days, and manage framing, lighting and audio to a standard that holds up on every platform and in front of clients
Film and turn around the Director's podcast: set up and pack down, multi-camera where required, clean audio, long-form episode edit and the short-form cuts that come out of it
Film client Q&A; sessions, testimonials, webinars and live events on site, where there is no second take
About you
Based on the Gold Coast and available to work on site.
This role cannot be done remotely
Current driver's licence, as shoots happen at the office, at events and out on inspections
Professional videography capability, with a reel of work you shot, lit, recorded audio for and edited yourself, including at least one long-form format such as a podcast, interview or event
Podcast production experience: multi-camera setups, audio mixing, and repurposing episodes into short-form cuts
Confident operating and troubleshooting camera, audio and lighting kit in real conditions, including live sessions and client-facing shoots
Strong editing across both short and long form in Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut or similar
Demonstrated brand and content strategy work: you have built the plan, not just executed someone else's calendar, and you can walk through the thinking and the result
2+ years running social channels for a business or a personal brand, with results you can show
Native fluency in short-form video.
You understand hooks, retention and why something works
Solid writing.
Captions, hooks and titles in a brand voice that is not your own
