Job Description
Heartland Bank Australia is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join the Customer Solutions team in Melbourne on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries and guiding customers through digital channels to deliver outstanding experiences.
You will manage enquiries via phone, email and online banking, building solid relationships while ensuring privacy and compliance across banking services.
