Blackroc is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to drive a large-scale finance and procurement technology transformation project on a 6-month contract.
You will partner with stream leads, process leads, functional consultants and SMEs to design and deliver training across Finance, Procurement and corporate functions.
You will conduct needs analyses, create facilitator guides, learner materials and system walkthroughs, and translate complex processes into practical learning.
