RN - South East Regional Hospital - Community Nursing
South East Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an 8-week community nursing contract running from 5 October to 30 November ****.
This is an opportunity to deliver direct patient care in a community setting across the South East Regional area, working with a team committed to supporting patients in their own environments.
The role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in community health outcomes.
8-week fixed-term contract with explicit start and end dates
Community-based nursing role with on-call availability
Work across the South East Regional area supporting diverse patient populations
Preferred Requirements




Demonstrated experience in community nursing practice
Competence in cannulation and venepuncture procedures
Availability for on-call duties as required by the service
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills in a community context
Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated experience in community health nursing
