Job Description
Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development NSW is seeking a Systems Analyst to support, maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM platform across Local Land Services.
This hands-on role involves admin, configuration and business analysis to ensure the platform evolves with business needs.
You will work with users, vendors and technical teams to troubleshoot incidents, manage user access, test functionality and document requirements.
A hybrid work arrangement is available.
