The role leads implementation of aviation SMS artefacts and competency frameworks, training, and risk-management initiatives across BDA's aviation operations, in a regulatory environment with high tempo operations.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working within a regulated environment and a high-tempo setting, with Brisbane as the base; alternative locations and work from home
