The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage is seeking an experienced, values-driven executive to lead the People and Culture function as Chief People and Culture Officer, reporting to the Assistant Director General, Business and Corporate Services.
You will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee and industrial relations, work health and safety, learning and development, and inclusion initiatives, embedding reconciliation and inclusion across the organisation over a fixed-term SES appointment
