Job Description
Cappro Pacific is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead equipment hire sales across the Sydney market.
This is a hunter role focused on winning recent business with commercial construction, infrastructure, and government projects.
You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with an uncapped commission structure and autonomy in your territory.
