FSM Cleaning Services is a national cleaning service provider seeking an energetic, highly experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join the team at a prestigious corporate site in Brisbane CBD.
You will manage and lead a cleaning team, working hands-on to lead by example when required.
Key responsibilities
Manage and lead a cleaning team
Plan, organise and manage cleaning operations effectively
Identify issues and take appropriate action
Maintain high cleaning standards
Work hands-on and lead by example when required
About you
Extensive experience in commercial cleaning and supervision
Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Strong eye for detail and ability to identify issues and take appropriate action
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards
Hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
Full time work rights in Australia
Must be eligible to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance
