Full time, 35 hours per week
Rotating roster between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday
We're seeking customer service professionals with 2-3 years' experience in customer service, administration, retail, or contact centre environments.
Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential.
You'll bring:
Excellent phone and email communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams)
Previous office-based experience
High attention to detail and customer focus
