Leadandcoordinatethedailybaroperation
Train,superviseandrosterbarteammembers
Maintainconsistentstandardsacrosscocktails,wineandspirits
Managebeverageordering,stocklevelsandinventory
Monitorbeveragecostsandsupporteffectivecostmanagement
Maintainaccuratebarsystems,proceduresandchecklists
Improveworkflowstosupportefficientbaroperations
Ensureresponsibleserviceofalcoholrequirementsarefollowed
Maintaincompliancewithapplicableliquorlicenceconditions
Supportthedevelopmentandimprovementofthebeverageprogram
Workwiththewiderhospitalityteamtomaintainqualityguestservice
Requirements & Eligibility




MinimumthreeyearsofprovenexperienceinaseniorbartenderorBarManagerposition
Demonstratedexperienceleadinganddevelopinghospitalityteams
Strongpracticalknowledgeofcocktails,wineandspirits
Provenexperiencewithstockcontrolandbeverageordering
Understandingofbeveragecostmanagement
Strongorganisationalandoperationalskills
Highlevelofattentiontodetail
CurrentNSWRSAcompetencycard
Abilitytoworkevenings,weekendsandhospitalitytradinghours
