Joining the P & N Solution Pty Ltd.
T/A All Phone Repairs team as a Phone & Electronic Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality repair services to customers in Kilmore, VIC.
As a full time position, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide range of electronic devices such as phones, tablets, IPad, Laptops, DVR and much more .

What you'll be doing
Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair a wide range of customers' electronic devices, ensuring reliable performance and high-quality service.
Carry out repairs and replacements of components such as Display, speaker, sensor, batteries, charging ports, Motherboard and more
Examine and test DVR systems to identify hardware and electronic faults
Provide advice and guidance to customers on the repair process and recommended solutions
Perform software-related fixes including flashing firmware, unlocking, FRP removal, and virus removal.
Use specialized tools such as multimeters, hot air guns, soldering station, and microscope.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and parts used
Ensure a clean, safe and organised work environment
Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience
Follow ESD, safety and manufacture/industry procedures when handling electronic devices
What we're looking for
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a phone and electronics repair technician and Diploma in Electronic or equivalent practical experience also retail or customer-facing setting this is must due to only shop to serve regional customers
Robust technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices and electronics
Execute motherboard-level fixes:



solder ICs, install jumpers, use rework station and microscopes
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines
A passion for technology and a desire to continually learn and develop your skills
