The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within a high volume restaurant.

An excellent track record of effective time management, planning and decision-making skills.
Commitment, passion and love for all things hospitality.
A reasonable level of wine knowledge.
Excellent ability to train and work with all peers.
Flexibility with roster when co workers are on leave and ability to cover their management roles
