We're looking for aFull-Time Medical Receptionistto join our team inColac.

New to radiology?
We'll train you!
You don't need years of radiology experience to be successful in this role.
We providecomprehensive paid training in Melbourneto ensure you understand our systems, processes and the radiology environment before you step into your role in Colac.
And because we know travelling for training isn't always easy,accommodation in Melbourne will be provided and paid for by us during your training period.
You'll then return to Colac with the knowledge and confidence to hit the ground running, with ongoing support from our wider team.
What you'll be doing
As one of the first people our patients meet, you'll play an significant role in creating a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting patients
Answering and managing incoming phone calls
Booking appointments and managing patient diaries
Registering patients and updating their information
Checking Medicare and referral details
Processing payments and general administration
Liaising with patients, doctors and radiologists
Managing appointment changes and patient enquiries
Using our booking and medical systems
Supporting your reception team throughout the day
Providing friendly, professional and compassionate patient service
The person we're looking for

Previous medical reception or radiology experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

A reliable car is essential
As our Colac clinic is located outside Melbourne,you will need a reliable car and current driver's licenceto travel to and from the clinic.
