Graduate Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing
Tactical Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Design or Digital Marketing graduate to join the Gold Coast office. You'll work across both graphic design and digital marketing, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of commercial skills early in your career. Working closely with Australian and New Zealand teams, suppliers and wider marketing, IT and web development resources, you'll help shape how the company and products are presented to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Key responsibilities
Developing and maintaining Tactical Solutions' established brand across digital and printed material
Creating graphics, brochures, product literature, advertisements and sales collateral
Creating content for LinkedIn and other digital channels
Helping develop and implement Australian digital marketing strategy
Producing website content including product pages, articles, news and campaign landing pages
Working with IT and web development team to improve online presence and customer experience
Developing email marketing campaigns and digital communications
Assisting with photography, video and short-form product content
Creating marketing material for exhibitions, conferences and product demonstrations
Supporting product launches and campaigns for specialist international brands
About you
Recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career with a degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Communications or a related discipline




Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
An understanding of digital and social media marketing
An eye for detail and consistency
An interest in photography and video content
The ability to manage several projects at once
The confidence to contribute ideas rather than simply wait for instructions
A willingness to learn about technical products and specialist markets

Full-time position based on the Gold Coast
$62,000-$68,000 + superannuation, depending on experience and portfolio
