The Role
n
We're looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven sales rep to join our in-house team. This is an office-based role — no cold-calling — focused on responding to inbound inquiries and growing relationships with existing clients. A few times a year you'll represent us at trade shows, and very occasionally you'll visit customers to present solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
n
Provide expert product advice to help customers make informed decisions
n
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
n
Build strong,



lasting customer relationships

Learn our dispatch system to help cover shipping when needed
n
Maintain accurate customer account and order data
n
Collaborate with marketing and procurement on sales strategy
n

What You'll Need

Previous experience in sales or customer service
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment

A problem-solving mindset — able to assess issues and recommend solutions quickly

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
