Qualifications & Skills
n
Minimum 5 yearsâ€TM experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent on similar largeâ€−scale construction projects
n
Solid background in civil, structural, mechanical, or multiâ€‐disciplinary construction
n
Proven ability to manage schedules, teams, subcontractors, and technical deliverables
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Manage project planning, scheduling, and daily site operations
n
Oversee construction of the fuel truck apron, warehouse, utility systems, drainage, security lighting, and associated civil works
n
Ensure compliance with PACAF, RAAF, UFC/UFGS, safety, and contract standards
n
Coordinate with QC, safety, engineering, and subcontractor teams
n
Maintain project budget, track progress, and report to management
