Job Description
Sesami is seeking a Junior Field Service Technician to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will learn the technical skills to support and maintain our machines to our valued customers in the field. As a Junior Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support whilst gaining valuable hands-on experience as a technican. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and work towards becoming a skilled technician within a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer service calls and attending job sites in a timely manner
n
Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on equipment and systems
n
Installing, repairing, and replacing components as required
n
Diagnosing technical faults and identifying appropriate solutions
n
Documenting work completed and maintaining accurate service records
n
Communicating effectively with customers to explain work completed and provide advice on equipment care
n




Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean and secure work environment
n
Supporting senior technicians and learning best practices from experienced team members
n
Assisting with inventory management and ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained
n

What we're looking for

A person who has an interest in electro-mechanical concept.
n
A current driver's licence.
n
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
n
Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills on the job
