We're looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy talking to others to join our Brisbane field sales team.
n
You don't need a sales background. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, events, sport, promotions, or you're simply someone who is outgoing, competitive and great with people — we'd love to hear from you.
n
You'll receive full training and ongoing coaching, so we'll teach you the sales side of the role.
n
What you'll be doing
n
You'll work in allocated areas, speaking with homeowners face-to-face and introducing them to RESINC Solar's energy solutions.
n
Your role is to:
n

Speak face-to-face with homeowners and create genuine customer engagement
n
Identify customers who may benefit from solar
n
Book qualified appointments for our Solar Specialists
n
Represent the RESINC brand professionally
n
Work toward individual and team targets
n
Receive regular coaching to improve your communication and sales skills
n
n
