Job Description
LME Care - Registered NDIS Provider | Supported Independent Living is seeking a male Team Leader to guide SIL homes and support workers.
You will champion person-centred care, align supports with each participant's NDIS plan, and ensure high standards of safety and wellbeing.
You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with families and health professionals to achieve positive participant outcomes.
