We're looking for aWarehouse Team Leaderto join our team in Sydney.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside a team and keeping warehouse operations running safely, accurately and efficiently.
The Role
You'll lead the warehouse team across receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while making sure daily priorities are met and products are handled correctly.
Lead and support the warehouse team throughout the day
Allocate daily workloads and monitor productivity and attendance
Oversee inbound deliveries and ensure goods are received accurately
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock locations and FIFO rotation
Coordinate replenishment of raw materials for production
Ensure customer orders are picked, checked and dispatched accurately
Monitor product temperature and maintain cold chain requirements
Conduct stocktakes,



cycle counts and warehouse safety checks
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices are followed
Complete daily operational and end-of-shift reporting
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a team leader or supervisory role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems
A hands-on approach and ability to work alongside a team
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Understanding of WHS, food safety and HACCP requirements
