We are seeking an enthusiastic and organisedEnrolments Officerto join our kindergarten in Victoria Point.
As part of Faith Lutheran College, Redlands, our Kindy offers the best of both worlds — the perfect combination of a dedicated Kindergarten and Long Day Care Service.
This is a full-time position working five days per week, supporting a service with 88 approved places.
In this role, you will work as part of the Administration Team.
You will build relationships, create positive first impressions and ensure a seamless enrolment experience from enquiry through to commencement, and beyond.
About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Managing enrolment enquiries, waitlists and offers of enrolment




Communicating with prospective and enrolled families
Co-ordinating tours and welcoming new families to the service
Maintaining accurate enrolment records and documentation via Xplor Education database, ensuring legislative compliance
Preparing correspondence and managing family communications
Building solid relationships with families and the local community
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have worked in a previous administrative position
Be a professional, friendly and approachable team member
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to create and foster meaningful relationships with families
Display strong organisational and administrative abilities
