My client is a leading FMCG business looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join their team in Macquarie Park.The Role
A Commercial Finance Manager opportunity, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to drive profitability and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities will include:Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
Business partnering with senior Sales, Marketing and Category stakeholders
Analysing sales, volume, pricing and cost performance
Developing financial models and business cases for NPD and private label projects
Supporting promotional planning and commercial investment decisions
Providing insightful financial analysis and commentary to leadership
Driving robust financial controls across commercial spend




Tracking performance against strategic and financial targets
About You
5+ years' experience in commercial finance and business partnering
Solid financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
FMCG, manufacturing or retail experience highly desirable
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced Excel skills, with SAP and BI/reporting experience
Commercially minded with strong business acumen
Degree qualified in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
CA/CPA or MBA desirable
