UnitingCare in Ipswich is seeking a casual Youth Worker to support our Out of Home Care program.
You will apply a therapeutic centred CARE model to help children and young people feel safe, nurtured and empowered within a stable home environment.
You will work with young people facing complex needs, building trust, supporting positive identity and belonging, and documenting progress to inform care planning.
A versatile rostering pattern and dedicated training are provided.
