Our production site is seeking a Plant Manager to become part of our team.
You will be trained across all aspects of the business operation.
Working in a quick-paced environment, you would be technically/mechanically minded with a clear focus on multiple tasks.
Key responsibilities
Ensure the manufacturing facility operates at peak efficiency
Maintain Quality Assurance and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
Oversee production of premium quality products and best customer service
Implement and maintain best practice plant hygiene and maintenance standards at the site
Adhere to Environmental management practices and regulations
Manage efficient production scheduling and planning to fully utilize plant capabilities




Manage inventory control system incorporating accurate stock takes and full traceability of raw material usage
Manage the supply of all materials into the site
Report on actual performance results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required
About you
3+ years in a similar role
Organizational and planning skills
Leadership and decision-making abilities, with teamwork focus
Demonstrated problem solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate at all levels
Microsoft computer literacy across all programs
Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow
Self-motivated and a team player
Able to work unsupervised
Strong focus on workplace health and safety
