We're looking for an experiencedD365 Solution Architectto lead the architecture and technical direction of a major enterprise case management platform built acrossMicrosoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
This is a senior architecture role suited to someone who can operate across solution design, technical governance and delivery, while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, technical leads and development teams.
You'll take ownership of the D365 and Power Platform architecture and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned with enterprise standards.

What you'll be doing:
Lead solution architecture for an enterpriseDynamics 365 case management platform
Design solutions across D365, Power Platform, Dataverse and SharePoint Online
Define architecture for workflows, business processes, security, data, integrations and document management
Develop conceptual, logical and technical architecture artefacts
Define configuration, customisation and extensibility strategies
Establish integration patterns across D365, Azure, Microsoft 365 and enterprise platforms
Design and govern document and records management capabilities




Define setting strategy andApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Participate in architecture governance and technical design assurance
Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators and delivery teams
Advise stakeholders on technical risk, dependencies, platform roadmap and technical debt
Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, information governance and compliance requirements

D365 case management / Customer Service or comparable enterprise case management solutions
Power Platform
Dataverse
Model-Driven Apps
Power Automate
SharePoint Online
Microsoft 365
Azure
Microsoft Entra ID
Integration and API architecture
Security architecture and RBAC
ALM and environment strategy
Azure DevOps
Document and records management
Information governance, retention and disposal
You'll also need strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience providing architecture governance, design assurance and technical leadership within a complex enterprise environment.
Experience ingovernment, regulatory, justice or similarly highly governed environmentswould be advantageous.
Relevant Microsoft Solution Architect certifications would also be highly regarded
