Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Capital Works & Renovations Manager to lead the delivery of capital works and residential renovation programs across our Retirement Living portfolio.
This role combines project delivery, commercial management, people leadership and continuous improvement to achieve portfolio-wide impact.
You will manage multi-site projects, oversee planning, procurement, budgets and timeliness, and partner with senior stakeholders, contractors and delivery partners to drive quality
