Job Description
The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons is seeking a Change & Engagement Partner to drive adoption of enterprise initiatives.
You will lead change strategies, assess readiness, and develop engagement and training plans to support sustainable transitions across the organisation.
Reporting to the EPMO Lead within the newly established Enterprise Project Management Office, you will influence executives, sponsors and project teams while embedding robust change practices into delivery across
