Senior Civil Designer/Lead /n
/nWe are currently partnering Australian property & infrastructure consultancy, who are looking for a Senior Civil Designer (12d) to be based in their current Adelaide office. They have 400+ employees and operate in all major cities on the East Coast.

About the prospect /n
/nYou would be responsible for coordinating all aspects of design and have the opportunity to build a team as the business continues to grow. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of integrated projects and enjoy diversity in your work. /n
/nMain responsibilities include: /n
/n
Driving project performance and service delivery through positive technical outcomes for the client
/n
Proactively identify and resolve technical design issues with the client and wider design team and manage design interface.
/n
Lead the compilation of tender documents, client reporting, and contract negotiations.
/n
Liaise closely with industry and stakeholders to win work and continue business growth.
/n
Collaborating with interstate teams and engineering professionals across the business.
/n
About you /n
/nYou will be an experienced Civil Designer, with previous experience in land division projects in Australia. Ideally, you will enjoy mentoring junior members of the team and leading design with a technical approach. /n
/nEssential requirements: /n
/n
Experience working in a multidisciplinary consultancy.
/n
Relevant qualification with adequate industry experience.
/n
Strong design capabilities, 12D, AutoCAD and DRAINS.
/n
Ability and desire to lead a team.
/n
