The Department of Health in Tasmania is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the multidisciplinary stroke team at Launceston General Hospital. You will deliver patient-centered care, support early rehabilitation, educate patients and families, and assist with discharge planning in a culture of safety and continuous learning.

Key duties include comprehensive assessment, recognizing deterioration, medication safety, and contributing to MDT care planning to optimise stroke outcomes for Tasmanians.
