Lead C++ Core Trading Systems Developer - Proprietary Trading Firm (Relocation)

Our fast-growing proprietary trading client seeks a Lead C++ Core Trading Systems Developer to join their exchange connectivity team. In this role, you'll be leading a team and be at the forefront of developing and improving low-latency trading systems.

Responsibilities
Lead the way: You will manage a team of highly skilled software developers, guiding projects from start to finish. This includes everything from gathering requirements and analysis to development, testing, and deployment
Build innovative systems: You'll design and implement complex software systems that meet demanding performance and scalability goals within a dynamic trading setting
Drive real impact: Your work will directly support our trading process. By integrating sophisticated coding with cutting-edge engineering ideas, you'll optimize systems that process massive amounts of data with exceptional speed and stability





Qualifications
Technical C++ Leadership Expertise: At least 8 years of hands-on experience designing and developing applications using C++ on Linux, with a minimum of 3 years working as a team lead in the financial trading space
Connectivity Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with exchange connectivity technology and a strong understanding of financial products and market data
Education Qualification: A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or related discipline is required
