Grow Paediatric Dentistry is a specialist paediatric dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children in a warm, friendly and supportive environment.
We are looking for a Receptionist Extraordinaire to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a key member of our front-office team, you will be the face and voice of our practice, helping children and their parents feel comfortable and supported from their first phone call through to treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day reception duties, including booking appointments, taking payments and responding to phone calls and emails.
Welcoming patients and families and providing a warm, friendly and professional first point of contact.
Guiding parents through the often-complex process of arranging dental treatment under general anaesthetic.
Coordinating theatre bookings and assisting families with treatment and hospital-related information.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in a busy specialist practice.
About You
This role would suit someone with at least 3 years' experience in the dental industry, either in dental assisting or dental reception.
We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A calm, friendly and reassuring manner, particularly when supporting children and anxious parents.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent presentation and self-discipline.
Punctuality, reliability and a willingness to learn.
Confidence using Windows and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Exact dental software is preferred, but not essential.
Training and Support
You will receive comprehensive training in paediatric dentistry and all aspects of our practice systems and processes, including:
Practice and operating software.
Theatre bookings.
Fasting guidelines.
Hospital rebates and related processes.
Procedures specific to paediatric dental care.
You will be trained and supported by our Front Office Coordinator and Practice Manager as you settle into the role.
Hours
This is a full time position:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
