Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Change & Communications Specialist to support Agile, technology and operating model transformation initiatives. Working closely with business leaders and delivery teams, you will develop and execute change and communication strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, adoption and successful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Develop and deliver change and communication plans for transformation programs
n
Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments
n
Create leadership messaging, employee communications, presentations and engagement materials
n
Support Agile ways of working and organisational change initiatives
n
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
n
Monitor adoption and change effectiveness
n

About you
n
n
10+ years' experience in Change Management and Communications
n
Experience supporting Agile delivery transformation, technology change and operating model change
n
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Proven ability to develop executive and employee communications
n
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
