About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Property Manager qualified to join Nation and become the face of one of our build-to-rent communities.
This role sits at the heart of the resident experience.
You'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, contractors and visitors, helping create a welcoming, professional and community-focused environment every day.
You'll support residents throughout their journey, from inspections and move-ins to community events, day-to-day enquiries and ongoing resident engagement.
You'll also work closely with the onsite property, facilities and operations teams to ensure the community runs smoothly and residents feel genuinely cared for.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, customer service,



property management or concierge services who thrives on creating memorable customer experiences and building strong relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Genuine career progression opportunities, with the opportunity to grow from Junior Property Manager into Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager roles as Nation continues to expand.
Assist with day-to-day tenancy administration, including lease documentation, renewals, notices and resident correspondence.
Coordinate and follow up maintenance requests with residents, Facilities and contractors through to completion.
Assist with arrears management, including resident follow-up and maintaining accurate records.
Support the Property team with the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio.
Maintain accurate tenancy records, documentation and notes within property management systems.
Assist with leasing activities, including inspections, prospective resident enquiries, applications and lease commencement where required.
Assist with tenancy compliance and ensure property management processes are completed in accordance with relevant legislation and Nation policies and procedures.
Identify and escalated tenancy, maintenance, compliance and resident matters to the Senior Property Manager as required.

You'll bring:
Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service, residential property management or a related role




Certificate of Registration NSW (required)
Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
Experience managing customer enquiries, complaints and conflict resolution
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence engaging with residents, visitors, contractors and stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
A good understanding of residential property operations and tenancy principles
Experience using Microsoft Office and customer or property management systems
A positive, energetic and solutions-focused mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
A genuine passion for community building, resident experience and hospitality-led living environments
How You'll Work with the Team
You'll report directly to the Senior Property Manager and work closely with our Property Management, Facilities, Operations and Resident Experience teams.
You'll act as a key connector across the community, helping bring together exceptional service, smooth operations and meaningful resident engagement.
Your role will be instrumental in ensuring Nation communities feel welcoming, responsive and easy to call home.
