Job Description
Barwon Health is seeking a Senior Peer Worker for the Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC) team in Geelong.
You will use your lived experience to inspire hope, support recovery, and help young people achieve personal goals, working with a multidisciplinary team under leadership guidance.
You will provide individual peer support, facilitate group programs, and contribute to service development, while mentoring Peer Workers and promoting recovery principles across the service.
