Cardiff RSL is looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused people to join our Front of House team.
We have opportunities available across Reception/Door, Bar and Café, and we're looking for people who enjoy working with others, providing great service and creating a welcoming experience for our members and guests.
Reception / Door
As one of the first faces our members and guests see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and qualified experience.
Duties may include:
Greeting and assisting members and guests
Reception and customer enquiries
Membership assistance
Entry and sign-in requirements
Providing information about Club facilities and services
Maintaining a friendly and professional front-of-house presence
Bar & Café
We're also looking for energetic team members to work across our Bar and Café areas.
Duties may include:
Providing friendly and efficient customer service




Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Making coffees and café beverages
Processing customer orders and payments
Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented service areas
Working together with the wider team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
Able to work in a busy hospitality environment
Well presented with strong communication skills
Flexible with availability, including nights and weekends
Committed to providing a great experience for our members and guests
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage; however, a great attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
A current RSA and RCG will be required for relevant roles.
