We're looking for experienced Carpenters who care about their workmanship, enjoy solving problems and want to be part of a team that values their contribution.

The Chance
n
This is a hands-on role with variety and autonomy. From insurance repairs and property restoration to larger remediation projects, you'll tackle different challenges and see the results of your work firsthand.
n
You'll have the independence to manage your onsite tasks, backed by an established team coordinating the wider project. It's an opportunity for someone who takes ownership, works confidently and delivers a quality finish without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities
n
Complete carpentry, make-protected, strip-out and repair works across residential and commercial properties
n
Deliver quality workmanship across insurance repairs and remediation projects
n
Manage your daily workload and keep works progressing to agreed timeframes
n




Identify onsite issues and communicate practical solutions
n
Provide clear progress updates, photographs and completion information
n
Work closely with supervisors, coordinators and other trades
n
Maintain safe, tidy worksites and treat customers and their properties with respect
n
About You
n
Strong carpentry experience and a broad range of practical trade skills
n
Pride in your workmanship, with attention to detail and a quality finish
n
Confidence working independently and contributing to a team
n
A reliable, organised approach and ownership of the work you undertake
n
The ability to solve problems and adapt to different site conditions
n
Clear communication skills and a professional manner with customers
n
Insurance repair or remediation experience would be highly regarded
n
