Kincoppal-Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart, founded in ****, is a leading Catholic Independent Day and Boarding School located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The college is co‐educational ELC-6, and girls only 7-12.

At present, we are inviting applications for casual Boarding Supervisors. Be part of the diverse and friendly team of staff, where you will be a key stakeholder in the physical, spiritual, and pastoral care of our boarders.
n
The role:
n
Casual shifts available, that include afternoons, overnights, and weekends
n
Take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of boarders at all times
n
Provide guidance and supervision to boarders (study, meals etc)
n
Assist with internal and external recreational activities
n
Undertake administrative duties within the Boarding department
n
Establish strong relationships with colleagues, boarders, and parents
n
The ideal candidate:
n
Prepared to commit to the goals of a Sacred Heart education, and be an active and visible member of our wider School community
n
In possession of a valid Working with Children (WWC) number
n
Demonstrated relevant experience supporting adolescent girls(ideally boarding-specific, or other pastoral experience in an educational environment)
n
Completed already or willing to complete the ABSA Duty of Care Course and First Aid
n
A team player with strong organisation skills who can also work independently
n
A confident decision maker who is calm under pressure
n
Personable and energetic with a flair for effective written and verbal communication at all levels
n
